At KymTokyo, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging are attached.
- The item is not damaged or altered.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories, underwear, or intimate wear
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact us at kymtokyo@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange
- Wait for exchange approval and instructions
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the wrong item was sent.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
5. Exchange Approval
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange based on product availability.
